The online membership enrollement procedure is outlined below . Memberships for the current 2025-2026 season open July 15th, 2025. The memberships close for the 2024-2025 season on April 15th, 2025. Absolutely no one can join after this date.
Membership dues are listed inside the portal on NHSRA.com where you will create your account for membership. Please follow ALL steps below to ensure your membership is complete.

2. ONLINE MEMBERSHIP LINK - CLICK HERE (go here to login and upload forms)
- Instructions for Online Membership
- All contestant (new or returning) must complete the online registration
- (The NHSRA application and the Minors Release Form are located on the online membership portal. Please complete and re-upload to the portal
3. Download and Complete the Following and then Upload to your membership portal (can take a picture and send. PLease upload these documents into the section for State Forms. ( DO NOT mail these forms - they have to be uploaded to the membership portal).
- 2025-2026 Responsibliity Agreement (High School) OR 2025-2026 Responsiblity Agreement (Jr. High)
- Western Dress Code Policy
- KHSRA Communication Form
- Hospital Release Form
- W9 Form
- All Members (new and returning) Please upload a copy of your Spring 2025 Grade Card
- New Members - Please upload a copy of your birth certificate.
- Memberships close for the season on April 15th.
4. Membership dues must be paid online when you create your account on NHSRA.

Membership will be granted once ALL forms are completed and uploaded.
You will receive your back number, membership card, insurance information and your rule book when you check in at the first rodeo. We look forward to having you join us in KHSRA!!!
Local members you may enter one weekend rodeo only as a non-member. Please click on the Official Document link and click on the “Non-Member Form” and a “Hospital Release,” respectively of the season we are in. (ie. Fall rodeo, fall hospital release) These two required forms must be received by the State Secretary the Monday prior to the rodeo. In addition to the above forms, your entries must be pre-paid plus a $12 non- member must be sent in with the above forms. Unfortunately if the forms and payment have not been received by Monday prior, you will be drawn out of the rodeo.
